Spiral Hoops™ are larger and much easier to use than manufactured, small Hula Hoops™ . The increased size and weight my hoops make possible both rhythmic dance and a range of groovy movements utilizing the whole body. The dynamic relationship between hooper and hoop creates a centering, flowing style of movement that simultaneously provides fitness and bliss.
